SunSetter Products are shipped to you via SunSetter Manufacturer in Massachusetts. They will only ship in United State of America. They usually use UPS Freight for Patio/Deck Awnings orders. If you order just accessories or lighter weight products, it is usually shipped via UPS Ground.

Shipping for Hawaii and Alaska: 
Sorry, we do not ship to Alaska. It is $259.99 to ship to Hawaii for any awning with or without accessories. These shipping fees includes the awning and any accessories that is ordered at same time. We do not accept returns for Hawaii as it cost too much. If you want to only order accessories, you will have to buy it directly from SunSetter at www.SunSetter.com. Also, if you want to order more than one awnings, you need to order one awning at a time and pay and then order another one so that your shipping cost will be correct and will be honored.  We do not ship EasyShade, Flagpoles and Flagpoles Accessories to Hawaii.

Shipping Time:

SUNSETTER AWNINGS & AWNING ACCESSORIES

They are shipped from SunSetter Manufacturer in Malden, Massachusetts.

If you purchase just accessories it takes about 3 business days before it is shipped and it is shipped via ground service.

If you purchase the awning with or without accessories, it will take 5 to 10 business days before it is shipped. They have to build it to your specification which is why it takes time.

From the time you order and to arrive to you for awning orders are the following:

If it is 8 feet or less, it takes 3 business days before it is shipped and takes up to 5 business days to arrive after that. It will be shipped via ground mail like UPS Ground.

If it is 9 feet or more it has to be shipped via trucking company via freight and the schedule is:

If you purchase just accessories it takes about 3 business days before it is shipped and takes up to 5 business days after that to arrive to you and it is shipped via ground service.

We do not ship to Hawaii for Flagpoles.

Important Notice: It can take a bit longer if there is more orders at the manufacturer than expected at a given time.

This is just estimate date. Sometimes you will get it earlier than expected or sometimes a little later depending on different factors such as Holiday, more orders at the manufacturer at a given day, weather related delay with delivery, etc.

You will get Tracking Information about ten days after you order and that tracking information tells you when it arrives to the station. It does not mean it will arrive to you that same day. They just drop it off at the station and the local people will call you to set up an appointment to deliver. They deliver the next business day or so depending on time frame you and the local people agree on. Sometimes they do not arrive at that time frame for one reason or another and is out of our control.

We will not be responsible for these delays if it occurs like if they arrive later than the time frame you both agree on. Anything can happen like the truck broke down, or it took them longer than expected as they had to deliver to other people before you and the customer was not there, and other issues.

Payments:
Best Price Break gladly accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Money Order/Cashier Check through a secure online ordering system. We charge your credit card and Paypal right away after you order as we have to pay to Sunsetter Manufacturer for the awning to be built and then shipped to you.

Best Price Break also accept Personal Check & Business Check (with 10 days clearance wait).

We also accept Paypal Checkout where you can easily just use your user name and password with them and pay quickly. If you prefer to pay credit cards over the phone, we will gladly do it for you.

*No Sales Tax:
There is no sales tax for anyone in the United State of America.  If your state require you to pay sales tax, you would be responsible to pay taxes to them directly. We will pay sales tax for those who have the awning sent to Utah residence.  You Utahn will not pay sales tax with us for we will pay for it at our own cost.

Warranty:
You will get the SunSetter manufacturers 5 Year limited warranty. 

Promotion Code:
You can only use one promotion code on each order.  If there are two promotions, you can only use one of them per order.  If you want to buy two awnings, you can make two seperate orders using the same promotion code.  If you have promotion code for awning and a promotion code for accessory, you have to use two seperate orders to apply the two promo codes. 

We want you to get the most from products you purchase from Best Price Break, Inc. We are pleased to have a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee for SunSetter awning product(s) you buy from us. The only exception is that we do not accept returns and do not offer 30 days money back guarantee if it is shipped to Hawaii or Alaska.

If you get a product purchased online from Best Price Break and if you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund.  If it arrives to you in defective condition, we will send you a new replacement for the defective item.  You will need to follow the return policies below in order to receive full credit for your purchase. SunSetter product also carries a Manufacturer's Warranty, which you should read and follow beyond the 30-Day Guarantee period.

Sorry, but delivery cost to ship back to us cannot be refunded. If you get it defective upon arrival, and you get a new replacement, you will not be charged delivery cost to return it to the manufacturer and the replacement product to you. If you reject the delivery and did not sign it, there will be $250.00 charge as it cost us to ship it and then have it be shipped back. The only exemption of $250.00 charge is if you reject the delivery because it was defective or damaged.

Also, when you receive your products and you signed it, and if you ordered wrong size or the awning does not fit your house (you measured incorrectly or you did not measure at all), there is a 150 dollars charge for us to send you the awning in the first place that needs to be paid back to us & you have to pay to ship it to us as you are responsible to arrange for delivery back to us.

Return Policy
To return a product, you need to completely follow these instuctions:

1. Products must be returned in the product's original packaging. No writing, marks or damage to the packaging is acceptable. Do not remove UPC or bar codes. Do not send in warranty cards or deface any materials.  

2. All pieces, including warranty cards, instructions, manuals, DVD, etc., must be returned in clean, original condition.

3. Click here and request for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

4. Return shipping, at your cost, must include the RMA number clearly written on the outside packaging Please do ship using the manufacturer's box only.

Important: The customer holds the responsiblity for proper packaging of the product to be returned. The product must be returned via an insured carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery. If the product that is shipped back to us damaged or lost, the customer is responsible to work it out with their carrier. We are at our own discretion to charge 25 percent restocking fee if this return policy is not followed, etc or to reject the package and have it returned to you.

5. Write a note of your full name, order number, and the reason for return and put it in the box you are returning.

6. Important Notice: You will not be returning it to SunSetter Manufacturer. It will have to be returned to our Utah address.

The refund will be the original sales order amount. Once the returned product is received, inspected and found to be in adherence to these policies, a refund will be made within 7 days. If the product is returned and does not meet these criteria, it may be returned to you at your cost. We will not accept any returns after 30 days after you receive the product(s).
